Sanjiv Sam Gambhir, MD, PhD
In MemoriamDr. Gambhir was the Virginia and D.K. Ludwig Professor in Cancer Research, Chairman of the Department of Radiology at Stanford University School of Medicine, and a professor by courtesy in the departments of Bioengineering and Materials Science and Engineering at Stanford University. He served as the Director of the Molecular Imaging Program at Stanford (MIPS) and Canary Center at Stanford for Cancer Early Detection, and Precision Health and Integrated Diagnostics Center (PHIND). Internationally regarded as a leader in the field of molecular imaging with over 700 peer reviewed publications. Dr. Gambhir has received numerous prestigious international awards and in 2008 was elected to the Institute of Medicine of the National Academies. He has over 40 patents pending or granted and has played a major role in obtaining reimbursement for FDG PET from the Centers for Medicare and Medical Services.

Aruna Gambhir, MS, MBA
Chief Executive OfficerExecutive with over 25 years of experience in sales, marketing, public relations, engineering and operations. Ms. Gambhir has successfully managed several large scale technology projects and teams. Prior experience includes Siebel Systems where she helped build and manage a globally distributed sales consulting team, during its growth from startup phase to Fortune 500 status. Before Siebel, she was an early employee at Gain Technology which was then acquired by Sybase. Her experience spans startups, academia, nonprofit foundations and advocacy groups. She currently serves on the boards of CellSight, Earli and Precision Health and Integrated Diagnostics Center (PHIND) at Stanford. Ms. Gambhir has a BA in Biochemistry from UC Berkeley, MS in Computer Science from Santa Clara University and an MBA from UCLA.

Sam Quezada, MBA
Chief Operating OfficerMr. Quezada has over 30 years experience in startups and high growth companies. Most recently he managed IP and corporate relations at MIPS Stanford. He has served in executive roles in various hardware companies managing operations, support, finance, QA, marketing and business development. His focus on customer needs and translation of the needs to product delivery led to successful exits in startups. He obtained a BS in Electrical Engineering and an MBA from Stanford.

Jelena Levi, PhD
Chief Scientific OfficerDr. Levi has close to 15 years of experience in the field of molecular imaging. Prior to CellSight Technologies she served as Director of Chemistry Core at Canary Center for Early Cancer Detection at Stanford University. Her research is focused on development of targeted imaging agents that can be used in cancer diagnosis and treatment monitoring. She has extensive experience in designing, developing and evaluating imaging agents of different sizes (small molecules, peptides, engineered proteins, nanoparticles) intended for use in a variety of imaging modalities (PET, optical, photoacoustics). Jelena received a BS in Chemistry from the University of Belgrade, Yugoslavia and a PhD in Organic Chemistry from the Graduate Center of the City University of New York.
